Our company was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore on July 2, 1993 under the Singapore Companies Act, Chapter 50 as a private limited company under the name of KONEXINDO GLORY PTE LTD, with an issued and fully paid up capital of S$100,000. Since then we have commenced our operations under the stewardship of Mr. Fillip Wardana and Mr. Norbert Wardana.
